Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Rochester, NY)

Bluepeak Corner Early Learning runs childcare centres in Rochester caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
