Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Rochester, NY)

Greenridge Quarry Legal Group is a law firm in Rochester serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of court deadlines and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
