Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Richmond, VA)

Lumen Kestrel Learning Group is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • A relevant degree or certification.
