Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Reno, NV)

Ironwood Systems works with county and city offices around Reno, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 611 people based in Reno. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of procurement and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
