Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Redstone Union Legal Group is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for billing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of billing records and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • A relevant degree or certification.
