Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Highbridge Union Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Memphis, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of branch operations and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
