Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Bluepeak Field Manufacturing Group is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of scrap and rework and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
