Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Drift Telecom and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of customer tickets and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
