Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Westbrook Fox Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Orlando, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of policy renewals and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
