Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Foxglove River Markets Group is a Fresno retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 55 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of pricing and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
