Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Cedar Corner Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Tampa and nearby communities, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
