Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Timber Early Learning and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
