Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Harborlight Meadow Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Miami plant, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of production lines and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
