Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Stonegate Wilder Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Rochester, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of school calendars and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
