Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Cedar Union Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Wichita, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of branch operations and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
