Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Fernwood Quill Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Memphis area, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of service installations and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
