Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Silverline Loom Insurance is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Model the cost of customer complaints and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • A relevant degree or certification.
