Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Ironwood Linden Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Fort Worth with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of deposit accounts and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
