Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Nova Vale Financial Group is a financial-services company in Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of customer onboarding and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
