Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Telecom Group and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of customer tickets and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
