Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Fernwood Stone Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Boise focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of outage reports and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
