Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Summit Hollow Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Seattle working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Model the cost of route schedules and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
