Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Ember Financial and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of customer onboarding and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
