Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Bluepeak Harbor Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around Honolulu. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of network equipment and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
