Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Cedar Junction Water Authority Group operates treatment plants and pipelines around Rochester, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of pipe repairs and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
