Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Westbrook Beacon Financial is a financial-services company in Austin, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of payment disputes and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
