Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Amberfield Clear Legal Group provides legal services in Albuquerque across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of billing records and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
