Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Redstone Cedar Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Reno serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 240 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of account openings and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
