Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Lumen Linden Foods produces packaged foods at its Tucson plant, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
