Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Stonegate Maple Financial is a financial-services company in Madison. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of customer onboarding and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
