Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Bluepeak Mill Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Fresno. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 94 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of hardship programmes and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
