Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Harborlight Sable Markets serves neighbourhoods around Spokane with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of supplier deliveries and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
