Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Lumen Summit Learning Group Partners operates schools and learning programmes around Louisville. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
