Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Ironwood Corner Early Learning runs childcare centres in Savannah caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of classroom supplies and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
