Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Corner Early Learning and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Model the cost of licensing records and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
