Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Northwind Meridian Legal Group is a Cleveland practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of document review and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
