Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Silverline Juniper Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Cleveland with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Model the cost of budget submissions and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
