Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Ironwood Vale Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Albuquerque, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of customer onboarding and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
