Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Birch Legal Group and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of document review and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
