Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Stonegate Vale Financial Group serves customers across Des Moines with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of regulatory reports and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
