Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Drift Legal Group and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of client files and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
