Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Lumen Loom Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of claims and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
