Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Nova Stone Legal Group is a law firm in Las Vegas serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 162 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
