Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Foxglove Quill Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Austin serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of loan files and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
