Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Clear Transit Planning and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
