Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Providence, RI)

Foxglove Summit Manufacturing makes precision components in Providence, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of customer orders and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
