Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Union Foods and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Model the cost of sanitation schedules and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
