Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Phoenix, AZ)

Amberfield Rowan Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Phoenix serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of account openings and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
