Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Philadelphia, PA)

Bright Haven Learning Group is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Model the cost of attendance records and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with school calendars.
