Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Ridge Early Learning and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Model the cost of meal programmes and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
